		<description>The saddest response to this that I have heard is from another Texan, happy that even 25% of people in his native state voted not to eliminate his rights.  So Prop 2 will become Section 32 in the Texas Constitution Article 1, far under Section 3a: Equality under the law shall not be denied or abridged because of sex, race, color, creed, or national origin. This amendment is self-operative. (Added Nov. 7, 1972.)</description>
